All Service Rates Billed In 0.25hr Increments After Minimum Time
| In-Shop | - $110 / Hour (0.5hr min.due at check-in; first come, first serve) |
| In-Shop Emergency | - $135 / Hour (0.5hr min., your PC is next to be serviced) |
| On-Site | - $110 / Hour (1hr min., travel rate charged outside Morgantown) |
| On-Site Emergency | - $135 / Hour (1hr min., applicable if we must reschedule another service call, after normal business hours, or on weekends) |
| Travel | - $55 / Hour (0.5hr min.) |
| Remote | - $110 / Hour (0.25hr min., Phone Support, LogMeIn, etc.) |
