Our Story
ITS was launched late in 2003 by the original three partners Mark Holt, Rob McIntyre, and Jason Burch. They believed, as we still do today, in being fair to our customers and fair to ourselves as we provide solutions and service. Early in 2004, we moved to our current location on Greenbag Road and DJ Sheets joined as our fourth partner. As our company continued to grow through the next couple of years, Bud Ervin joined as a partner and technician in July 2006. In 2007, Jason and DJ decided to pursue other endeavors, leaving ITS. Later that same year Ron Kight joined us as a partner. Since that time, we've gained an excellent technician - Jimmy in 2008.

Rob McIntyre - Co-Owner/Service Technician Rob was born in Morgantown, WV and has lived in the Morgantown area all of his life. He has worked in the computer repair industry for over 10 years and is one of the founding partners of ITS. |
| Mark Holt - Co-Owner/Service Technician Mark was born in Morgantown, WV and has lived in the Morgantown area most of his life. He has worked in the computer repair industry for over 10 years and is one of the founding partners of ITS. |
| Ron Kight - Co-Owner/Business Development Ron grew up in Moorefield, WV and moved to Morgantown to go to college. He joined ITS as a partner in 2007 and handles ITS internal business operations. |
| Jimmy Dalton - Technician Jimmy joined ITS in 2008 after interning with us to complete his schooling. He currently manages the service department at ITS - handling incoming service requests as well as phone support and scheduling. |
